Zion Jacket

The Zion Jacket, named for its composition of man-made materials echoing the beauty of nature, is crafted from American-made 6oz waxed cotton which is renowned for its durability and water resistance. The wax, derived from beeswax, stands as the pinnacle of eco-friendly wax in the industry.

The silhouette draws inspiration from vintage wading jackets, blending classic charm with a modern edge. As a distinctive feature, the outer shell develops a unique patina over time, ensuring that each jacket carries the stories of its wearer.

The Zion Jacket was born through an exploration of making a garment more sustainable through fabric choice. Wading jackets are usually solely comprised of plastics, and with the change to the waxed cotton shell, this garment is made to stand the test of time as it is durable and completely waterproof. This jacket is lined with taped seams, and also features two internal pockets.

This jacket will come with a natural patina. If desired, lightly steam the jacket for a new looking shell. Over time, the wax will need to be reapplied to maintain its waterproof capabilities. This is common with all waxed cotton garments.
